Telcoin Network
The blockchain standard for the telecommunications industry
Telcoin Network is an EVM-compatible public blockchain governed by the Telcoin Association, a non-profit Swiss Verein. Rather than every operator launching its own blockchain in isolation, it unifies GSMA mobile operators around one shared standard, validated by the operators who secure it and governed by the value chain that runs it. Members do not use someone else's network. They own it, operate it, and govern it.

GSMA Industry Member since 2018
Co-author of the GSMA stablecoin whitepaper. The only blockchain network at Mobile World Congress 2026.
The Telcoin Platform
The Telcoin Platform is one system in four parts. Telcoin Network is the settlement layer everything else runs on, and it changes what it means to be a mobile operator. Instead of serving one local market, an operator joins a single global ledger where it earns from the activity of every operator, every economy, and every user connected to the network. Local markets stop being islands. They become one connected economy for money, markets, and commerce.

Telcoin Network
A public, EVM-compatible blockchain validated exclusively by GSMA mobile operators. The settlement layer that powers everything above it. Validators stake TEL to secure the network through proof of stake, and earn block rewards and gas fees for every block they produce. Every operator that joins extends the ledger, and the value the whole network creates flows to the operators who secure it.

Telcoin (TEL) Token
The native token and digital commodity at the center of the platform economy. Every transaction is paid in TEL, and every Miner stakes it to produce, earn, and govern. Supply is limited and new issuance is predictable and declining, while a portion of the gas fees paid in every block is destroyed and regenerated to the Treasury, so the network funds its own future from its own activity. As platform adoption grows, demand for a useful, scarce token rises with it.

TELx
The digital markets infrastructure of the platform. The marketplace layer powering global applications, from foreign exchange between Digital Cash stablecoins to the full range of on-chain financial services. Deep, user-owned, self-custodial liquidity, governed by the Miner Groups who
provide it.
Telcoin Application Network
The connected app store for telecom services and blockchain finance. The application layer where GSMA Member developers build mobile applications and the Stakers who use them earn by spreading them. Unlike a conventional app store, these applications are not siloed. They share the same underlying liquidity through TELx and the same telecom rails, so payments, currencies, and capital markets access flow between them. Tokenize a value chain, program and automate payment flows across currencies, and let one application reach the markets and users of every other.
A blockchain run on the world's telecom infrastructure
Telcoin Network runs on the datacenters mobile operators already operate, the most distributed and capable infrastructure on earth. A network secured by carrier-grade datacenters in markets around the world performs at a scale and reliability that anonymous, hobbyist validator sets cannot match. Validator installations are underway across dozens of countries.
