Miner Groups
The four types of Telcoin Platform miners, including Stakers, Developers, Liquidity Miners, and Validators, each constitute their own Miner Group, and they collectively share full power and control over and within the Telcoin Platform governance system.
During election and delegation ceremonies, each Miner Group selects Council Members to represent their distinct interests on Miner Councils.
All four Miner Groups may collaborate to form a Miner Assembly and alter any aspect of the governance system.
