Telcoin Network Provisioning Rules
Prior to the release of the Telcoin Network main net and a quorum of 10 validators is achieved, the TAO possesses authority over Telcoin Network construction and maintenance rules, and is responsible for both planning, financing and physically producing the system. Afterwards, this authority and set of provisioning duties will transfer to the Platform and Treasury Councils.
Telcoin Network Maintenance and Construction Rules
Until the Platform and Treasury Council alters the arrangement using the TELIP process, the Telcoin Autonomous Ops, Ltd (TAO) will construct and maintain existing Telcoin Network components. After the main network is live, new construction will need to be planned, financed and coordinated by the Platform and Treasury Councils.
